# Usenet tools

This is a collection of tools around (managing) Netnews.

## canlockcheck

`canlockcheck.pl` will check whether a given Cancel-Lock and Cancel-Key match.

## mew

`mew.pl` will encode or decode MIME encoded words (RFC 2047).
