Thomas Hochstein d7ed823669 Some text changes / updates. 
- Update info on expiry practices.
- Add price for news.individual.de
- rtfm.mit.edu is gone, faqs.org is stale,
  the moderation of *.answers is MIA since
  about 2010.
- Add info about FAQs in de-newsgruppen.
